2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cups crisco
3/4 cups milk
3 cups diced thubarb
2 cups sugar
Mix together diced rhubarb and sugar. Set aside
Mix remaining ingredients. Roll out into a large rectangle. Spread rhubarb/sugar mixture over the dough. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 12 pieces and place in great baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees (350 degrees for glass pan) for 30-40 minutes.
